Job Responsibilities:

• Managing a team of customer servicing staff in providing full support to local and PRC clients relating to clients’ enquiries on account opening, perform KYC and AML checking and market information
• Provide quality customer services and handle client’s enquiries with good customer service skills
• Assist customers in completing and processing account opening procedures
• Carry out business marketing and development activities
• Handle enquiries from frontline and internal departments
• Participate in different ad hoc projects as assigned by the management
  
  
  

Job Requirements:

• Degree holder or above with at least 6 years’ customer service experience preferably gained in financial industry
• Qualified to be registered as a licensed person under SFC for carrying out Type 1 and Type 2 regulated activities
• Customer service oriented, a good team player with good communication skills
• Strong PC skill & proficiency in MS Word, Excel and Chinese word processing
• Good command of both verbal and written in English, Cantonese and Putonghua
• Immediate available is preferred
• Candidate with less experience will be considering as Assistant Customer Service Manager.
