Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Handle all incoming calls and greet guests.
  • Monitor incoming and outgoing correspondences.
  • Assist in office administration tasks such as conference room booking, mailing, courier services, photocopying, filing, data entry, staff travel arrangement, office maintenance, etc.
  • Perform procurement of office equipment and stationery, monitor vendors services and prepare expenses reports.
  • Handle simple and less sensitive staff information e.g. leave applications / records, overseas trip applications / records. 
  • Undertake ad hoc project assigned by supervisors.

 

Requirements:

  • Form 5 graduate passed in HKCEE including Chinese and English Syl. B or equivalent with 1-2 years relevant working experience.
  • Proficient in PC skills including MS Word, Excel and Chinese Word Processing.
  • Good telephone manner and communication skill.
  • Pleasant, mature, well-organized and initiative.
  • Strong sense of responsibility and punctuality.
  • Good team player and working attitude.
  • Good command of Cantonese, English and Mandarin.
