Reporting line: Finance Manager

Job Summary:
This position is responsible for assisting Finance Manager to (a) provide financial reports and analysis to management on a timely basis; (b) periodic updates on forecast and latest estimate: (c) provide supports to management on annual budget and strategic plan initiatives.

Principal Accountabilities:
– Assist in preparation of the financial analysis and presentation for annual budget and strategic plan purpose.
– Prepare financial forecasts and latest estimate as needed by Finance Manager.
– Prepare monthly financial report and provide analysis to assist Finance Manager in more effectively understanding business performance.
– Prepare cash flow for annual budget, latest estimate and monthly forecast. Provide analysis for Finance Manger review
– Provide customer profitability and analysis for the review of Finance Director.
– Monitor key balance sheet ratios and report to management any deviations from budget or deterioration in performance focusing on inventory and receivables.
– Standardize the preparation and content of key monthly management reports covering key areas of spending (T&E, Marketing and Overhead).
– Asses and evaluate the IT needs for our financial reporting.
– Liaise with Service Hub to provide financial information and analysis.
– Assist in any ad hoc project as specify by Finance Director.

Qualifications and Skills Requirements:
– Certified Public Accountant with a degree in Accounting, Finance or related discipline
– A minimum of 2-3 years’ accounting & auditing experience and 2-3 years of related analyst experience gained from MNC
– Regional experience is preferred
– Management Reporting & Analytical Skills
– Strong analytical and problem solving skills
– Detailed oriented and well organized
– Good communication and good team player
– Proactive
– High level of works standard
– Computer literacy, e.g. Hyperion, excel
– Excellent command in spoken and written English, good command in spoken and written Chinese is preferred.
