Job Scope:

• Provide individual, couple & family face-to-face counseling to expatriate clients
• Participates in other ad hoc projects or on-site support as required.
• Design, prepare and deliver personal growth and work-related training workshops

Requirements:

• Master degree in Counseling, Psychology, Human Resources or related disciplines
• Strong interpersonal skills & professional integrity is a must
• Able to work a flexible hours, including night time and/or weekend on need basis
• Solid experience in training, coaching, HR, consulting, people servicing, training or business field will be an added advantage
• Organized, committed, detail-minded and self-motivated with ability to work independently
• Committed to serving clients from multinational backgrounds
• Multilingual candidates will have an advantage.
