• Higher Diploma or above with formal secretarial training
• At least 8 years secretarial experience, preferably with practical experience in banking, investment, property or sales & marketing industries
• Well experience in event management and function arrangement
• Good commercial sense, can work with minimum supervision and facilitate the smooth daily operation of a department
• Highly organized person with good communication and inter-personal skills
• Multi-tasking, initiative, mature and able to work under pressure
• Excellent sense of quality and discreet in handling confidential information
• Time-sensitive and detail-minded in organizing supervisor's personal and business work schedules
• Good command of English and Chinese, including Putonghua and Cantonese
• Proficiency in MS Office especially Word & Excel & Chinese word processing is a must
• Immediately available is highly preferred
• Occasional travel to PRC is required
