Account Clerk

Responsibilities:

• Preform clerical accounting duties including data entry, cheque issuing and filing.
• Assist in document preparation for audit and other ad hoc assignments.

Requirements: 

• F.5 or above
• LCC& I intermediate level passed
• Over 2 years’ experience in accounting role, preferably in Electronics field.
• Able to work independently,well-organized and responsible.
• Good command of written and spoken Cantonese, Mandarin and English

Sales & Shipping Coordinator 

Responsibilities: 

• Handle full set of I/E shipping document and other related documents, such as LC, quotation and PO.
• As a window person to Japanese vendor and assist in sales duties
• Monitoring AR, AP and inventory status
• Analyze customers’ request and summarize to Japanese Vendors
• Around 1~2 times daily trip to Shenzhen office per week

 Requirements:  

• F.7 or above
• Over 3 years’ experience in sales coordination or shipping role, preferably in Electronics field
• Able to work independently, self-motivated, aggressive,well-organized and responsible
• Good team player and with strong communication skills
• Good command of written and spoken Cantonese, Mandarin and English
• Candidate who can speak Japanese will be an advantages
• Proficient in PC knowledge (MS Word, Power point and Excel)
