Job Description
Requirements:
- University graduate with major in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing or related disciplines
- Minimum 8 years of solid branch management experience
- Qualifications of IIQAS and HKSI
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, analytical and leadership skills
- Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese, including Putonghua
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage all branch staff to achieve preset business targets
- Plan and manage sales activities to meet business targets
- Oversee daily branch operation
- Ensure high quality of services are provided to customers
- Ensure all activities are in compliance with the Bank’s policies and procedures and regulatory requirements
