Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Handling general accounting duties
- Handling data entry, filing, payment arrangement, etc.
- Handling Accounts Receivable/ Payable and liaise with clients, inter-company billing
- Handling monthly statement, monthly sales report
- Handling full sets of account independently
- Control cash flow and follow up the loan arrangement for our group companies
- Assist general office administrative work
- Handling distribution of local and overseas products/documents
- Perform other ad-hocassignment and duties
Requirements:
- Form 5 or above with at least 2 years relevant working experience
- Good command of Cantonese, Mandarin and English
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel and Chinese Word Processing
- Pleasant personality with good telephone manner
- Self initiative, punctual, good communication and organization skills
- Can do attitude
