Responsibilities:

• Book-keeping and data input
• Process vendor invoices and cost allocation
• Process staff expense claim
• Voucher & cheque preparation
• Assist in the preparation of month end closing
• Document filing and maintenance of proper records

Requirements:

• Diploma or above in Accounting or other related disciplines
• 1-2 years experience in accounting field is preferable. Fresh graduate will also be considered
• Proficient in MS Excel and MS Word
• Knowledge of MYOB is preferable
• Good in English and Chinese
• Responsible with good communication skills
• Immediate available is preferred 
• Location: Quarry Bay
