Accounting / Book-keeping Officer / Clerk

Responsibilities:

• Handle independently all bookkeeping functions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, expense and payroll recording.
• Coordinating with bank and payments, monitor AR & AP, daily data entry & filing
• Office maintenance and general office admin duties
• Assisting Director or Manager to prepare documents
• Perform other ad hoc duties when required

Requirements

• F.5 or above, Post-secondary (Diploma/Certificate) or equivalent is preferred
• LCC Higher or relevant accounting background is preferred
• At least 2 years of accounting experience
• Solid experience in Excel and Word
• Good command in written and spoken English, Cantonese & Mandarin will be an advantage.
• Detail oriented, hardworking, efficient, self-motivated and has good working attitude, ability to prioritize work.
• Proficient in PC skills including Chinese Word Processing
