Responsibilities:

1. Perform daily accounts and book keeping tasks.
2. Prepare and monitor the daily cash and bank balance report.
3. Check, verify and prepare the payment to the suppliers and staff expense reimbursement.
4. Prepare the Inter-company Account Reconciliation.
5. Review in-house stock movement and perform the monthly stock-take with M&S dept.
6. Prepare the monthly fixed assets register and yearly Fixed Assets Stock-take.

Requirements:

1.  Accounting Certificate or higher level of qualification.
2. 3 years or over relevant experience in medium to large size companies.
3. Familiar with the accounting software MYOB and office automated software.
4. Have a high level of responsibility, good communications and organization skills, strong sense of moral values, pay attention to details in work and have a good team spirit and professional attitude.
