Job duties:-

• Handle full set of accounts including preparation of vouchers & data entries;
• Daily update of inventory records;
• Process receipts from accounts receivable, payments for accounts payable & update of bank books;
• Process petty cash claims & update of cash books;
• Issue sales invoices, debit notes & credit notes;
• Office administration duties.

Requirements:-

• Proficient in using accounting software Accpac, MS Excel & Word;
• At least 3 years practical experience in handling full set of accounts for multiple companies;
• Diploma in Accounting or related disciplines;
• Attentive to details with high accuracy in outputs & high efficiency;
• Good sense of responsibility;
• Able to work under pressure;
• Immediately available is highly preferred.

Candidates with less experience will be considered for the post of Accounting Officer.
