We are seeking ambitious individuals with up to 3 years’ experience to join our team in Hong Kong. The role involves a wide range of interesting and challenging engagements, often spanning across multiple jurisdictions.

The successful candidates will have:

• an understanding of insolvency procedures, their application and differing requirements
• experience of financial restructuring, independent financial reviews, provisional and compulsory liquidations, creditors voluntary liquidations and receivership assignments
• experience of cash-flow forecasting, financial analysis, financial modelling, valuations and financial investigations
• experience of compiling and analysing books and records, conducting an inventory of assets and dealing with claims of creditors
• experience of conducting research on companies and transactions
  
  

Key Requirements:  

• Bachelor degree or higher in accounting, business administration or finance
• CPA qualification (completed or in progress is an advantage)
• Up to 3 years’ relevant work experience, including insolvency, restructuring, corporate finance and/or audit
• Good business sense and commercial acumen
• Strong financial and business analytical skills
• Willing to travel within the Asia region
• Excellent communication skills (written and spoken) in English, Cantonese and Mandarin are essential
