Responsibilities:

• Handle the accounting data entries
• Conduct monthly bank reconciliation
• Handle incoming and outgoing expenses on monthly basic
• Collect expense data from managers/directors
• Manage and maintain company files
• Provide financial information to management by researching and analyzing accounting data
• Prepare accounting reports
• Ad-hoc tasks assigned by the supervisor
• Handle full set of accounts independently
• Prepare schedules and deal with external auditors
  
  

Requirements:

• University graduate in accounting or equivalent is an advantage
• Possess solid hands-on experience in month end closing and analysis of financial statements
• Proficiency in MS Office (including word & Excel), experience in Peachtree is essential
• At least 3-5 years' relevant working experience, preferable in retail or beauty industry
• Mature, Independent and willing to work under pressure
