Responsibilities:

• Prepare the full set of accounting including G/L functions, month end closing, forecast and budgeting
• Responsible for inventory management (record and reconcile stock in / out of warehouse and inventory sales from warehouse to shops)
• Prepare various management and compliance-related reports on a regular basis
• Perform general day-to-day accounting duties
• Reconcile bank accounts
• Prepare inventory analysis and product costing analysis
• Handle other ad hoc duties and assignments when required
• Supervising accounts payable and provide guidance to junior staffs
• Monitoring daily cash position and review payments

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Accounting/Finance or related discipline with professional qualification (CPA)
• At least 5 years working experience in Accounting field
• Strong sense of responsibility and able to work under pressure
• Good team player, well-organized, detail-minded, strong analytical mind and problem solving skills with good business acumen
• Able to work with minimum supervision
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
• Proficient in MS Excel and Word
• Gained experience in handling taxation, budgeting, analyst & forecasting is highly preferable
• Good interpersonal, communication & analytical skills
• Immediate Available is highly preferable
