Growth of the business requires expansion of the team, and we are currently looking for a Personal Assistant & Office Administrators to provide support for the team during a period of strategic growth. Experience in some or all of the following would be ideal;

•  Company Secretarial Services
•  Insurance
•  Pensions
•  Investments
•  Bookkeeping 

Responsibilities:

The responsibilities of the successful applicant will include;

• Handling new client applications and following administrative and compliance procedures
• Dealing with existing clients and handling queries
• Conduct client due diligence reviews & periodic review of files as required
• Ad-hoc project/tasks as assigned such as information gathering and research
• Accurately and efficiently recording and updating database records
• Sales support, speaking to introducers and life offices

Requirements:

• Form 5 or above, and relevant experience in some or all of the above areas would be preferred
• Good computer skills – Microsoft Office, Word & Excel proficiency essential, MYOB or MAS advantageous
• Native/fluent in written and spoken English
• Mature, presentable and detail oriented
• Well-organized, good communication and Interpersonal Skills
• A good team player
