JOB SUMMARY

• This position is a semi-senior / senior position and working closely with the team and other internal stakeholders for daily accounting and administrative, especially in AP section.

REPORTING RELATIONSHIPS

• Accounting Manager.

DUTIES & ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

• Prepare all the payments, vouchers and filing;
• Update daily bank and petty cash transactions;
• Bank reconciliation from bank statement to accounting record;
• Update fixed assets register;
• Participate in ad hoc assignments upon requested;
• Assist Month-end and year-end closing;
• Deal with vendors
• Travel to China (Occasionally)

OTHER FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Daily office administrative function may be required.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Diploma or above in accounting studies;
• Good numerical, analytical and problem-solving skills;
• Excellent written and spoken skills in English, Mandarin and Cantonese.

REQUIREMENT

• Minimum 2 years experience in accounting AP or equivalent is a must;
• Excellent knowledge in Microsoft Excel;
• Effective interpersonal and co-ordination skills;
• Able to work independently, under pressure in a fast pace environment;
• Immediate available is preferred
• Experience in using ERP system (NetSuite, or others) is an advantage

PREFERRED

• Experience in international or multicultural environment is highly preferred.
