We are one of the leading Insurance Group in the world. We are looking for suitable candidates to support the following function in our Hong Kong Business, Accounting and Finance.

Responsibilities: 

• Carry out insurance operation activities, such as premium collections, commission and claim payments and other insurance activities
• Keep update on daily cashbook of inflow and outflow
• Prepare aging analysis on account receivables and account payables
• Broker account reconciliations
• Perform reporting and reconciliations according to specific deadlines
• Participate in any other finance-related duties and special projects as assigned

Requirements:

• College graduate
• Minimum 3 years’ experience with financial institution, priority will be given to candidate with insurance background
• Experience in AS400, SUN Accounting System is an added advantage
• Able to handle multi-tasks and meet tight deadlines
• Team player, self-motivated and attention to details and accuracy
• Good interpersonal skills and stakeholder management skills
• Proficiency in PC skills (i.e. Ms. Excel)
• Fluent in both English and Chinese
