RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Handle daily accounting and operation functions for the property fund (including project companies) and Group companies;
2. Assist in preparation of monthly management accounts as well as annual financial statements for these entities;
3. Handle banking procedures for project and Group companies;
4. Inter-company invoicing and Group companies funding requirement projections;
5. Regular liaison with various external third parties including accountants, auditors, lawyers, administrators, bankers, project managers etc. These third parties are expected to be located both in Hong Kong and overseas;
6. Any other recurring and ad hoc project work that may be assigned by the managers / directors;

REQUIREMENTS

• Degree in Accountancy
• 5 to 7 years working experience in the auditing/accounting field
• Organised and detail-oriented
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese, (spoken Mandarin is preferred but not a must)
• Proactive, committed, hands-on and result-oriented
• Willing to learn and develop
• Strong analytical mind and interpersonal skill
• Able to work independently and under pressure
• Real estate development / construction management /fund accounting experience is a plus
