A leading PRC asset management group is looking for a high-caliber candidate to join their finance team to meet their growing business needs in Hong Kong.

Responsibilities

• Ensure timely preparation of Management company accounting complying with HK requirements and Fund accounting
• Maintain full set of accounts and consolidation of accounts within the group
• Prepare management accounting reports on a monthly basis
• Prepare portfolio / fund / cash flow statement from time to time
• Perform accurate and prompt processing of transactions and reports
• Handle contracts administration and management
• Handle payments and expense claim management
• Handle SFC FRR preparations
• Ensuring compliance to legal / regulatory and tax requirements.

Requirements

• University graduate in Accounting, Finance or related disciplines
• Qualified accountant registered with HKICPA/AICPA/CPA Australia or other professional accounting bodies
• Previous accounting experience with SFC licensed firms preferred.
• Excellent command in written and spoken Mandarin
