Key Responsibilities

• Report to the General Manager and lead a team to provide daily accounting and administration services in the plant;
• Prepare full sets of account, management reports, budgeting & forecasting reports for management review and taxation affairs;
• Oversee and manage day-to-day office and factory administration work including insurance, office automation, staff facilities & meal arrangement etc;
• Pro-active participate & promote in-house continuously improvement activities in order to build up the corporate culture;

Requirements

• Higher Diploma in Accountancy, Finance or Business Administration;
• 5-8 years relevant experience in PRC manufacturing environment with at least 3+ years in supervisory level;
• Good knowledge in 金碟accounting system is preferred;
• Good command of written and spoken English, Cantonese and conversational Mandarin;
• Well versed in HK, PRC regulations in accounting, customs, import & export issues and good understanding in PRC labor laws is an advantage;
• Practical experience in compliance management relating to social compliance and factory audits;
• 5 days per week in Shantou Plant.
