Job Responsibilities:

• Handling full set I/E documents / shipping procedures and L/C document;
• Follow up shipment schedule and arrangement;
• Prepare Purchase Order liaise with overseas and China vendors;
• Clerical works, Filing and Data Entry

Job Requirements:

• F.5 or above with at least 3 years in shipping working experience;
• Well versed in MS Office applications including Word and Excel;
• Fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin;
• Positive work attitude, able to work under pressure & independently;
• Proficient in MS Office (including Word, Excel) and Chinese Word Processing;
• Self-motivated, mature, responsible and detail-minded;
• Immediate availability is highly preferred
