Job Description

• Supervise 2 subordinates
• Prepare monthly financial closing with regards to Accounts Receivable
• Ensure timely collection of outstanding debt and posting of receipts
• Identify overdue balances and follow up on overdue debts collection actively
• Liaise with concerned parties for recovery plan on continuous overdue accounts or breach of credit limits as well as implementation
• Ensure customer's approved credit period and limit are met
• Maintain and update customer credit list periodically
• Prepare various reports and analysis, e.g. monthly aging report, credit management report
• Proceed monthly reconciliation with overseas agents and inter-companies
• Provide support for ad hoc assignments

Job Requirement

• Bachelor degree holder, major in accounting or finance
• Minimum 6 years of relevant experience in handling AR and Debt collection, with at least 1 year experience at supervisory level
• Knowledge in Sun Systems, Visions and SAP is preferred
• Good communication, analytical, interpersonal and organizational skills
• Proficiency in computer skills, e.g. MS Word, Excel and Chinese Word Processing
• Independent, pro-active and able to work under pressure
• Working Location: Quarry Bay / Tsuen Wan
