About Our Client:

Our client is a well established property listed company with diversified business in Asia. Due to their ongoing expansion of their Finance team, they are looking for a Senior Accountant to join their team.

Responsibilities:

• Directly reporting to the Finance Manager and leading a sizable team

• Responsible to handle full set of accounts, month end closing and cashflow forecast
• Handle consolidation of various sub-groups
• Liaise with external auditor, tax professional and banker
• Participate in ad hoc financial projects
• Participate in accounting system enhancement

Requirements:

• University graduate in Accounting, Finance or related disciplines
• A minimum of 6 years hands on accounting experience preferably from Big 4 and HK listed companies
• Experience in property, construction and hotel industry is an advantage
• Proactive and strong team player
• Passionate and willing to learn
• Excellent command in written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
