Job Description

• Responsible for data entry and update customer information in systems
• Handle incoming enquiries and prepare monthly statements to customers
• Assist in collection of outstanding receivables through telephone and demand letters
• Follow-up with clients on overdue invoices actively
• Perform other ad-hoc tasks as assigned

Job Requirement

• High Diploma or above with LCCI Intermediate level
• 1-2 year(s) experience in accounting receivable
• Knowledge in Sun Systems, Vision and SAP is an advantages
• Proficient in MS office including Word & Excel
• Good command of both spoken/written English & Mandarin
• Responsible, accuracy and well-organized
• Attention to detail and able to work under pressure
• Working Location: Quarry Bay / Tsuen Wan
