Responsibilities:

• Reporting directly to the Chairman, the CFO will partner the CEO for the business and Business unit heads to formulate country and business strategies
• In charge of and drive the IPO process, ensuring compliance to all listing requirements
• Oversee all aspects of financial and regulatory reporting to ensure full compliance of local regulations and accounting standards
• Ensure accurate, timely and transparent performance reporting, forecasting and planning
• Set up new fund structure, implement a financial and regulatory reporting platform to effectively support the finance activities and cope with business growth plan
• Proactive Capital and Balance sheet management 
• Provide leadership and direction to ensure high standards of financial and internal controls
• Manage and control of tax affairs
• Implement and maintain Group Finance systems
• Lead, manage and further build the Finance team

 Requirements:

• A bachelor’s degree in accounting with a minimum of 15 years of financial management experience
• Previous experience in a similar role in HK listed companies
• Solid managerial level experience and with successful track record of Hong Kong IPO
• Strong technical accounting skills and solid exposure to capital markets
• Familiar with HK listing rules
• Experience with global tax
• A good team player with excellent presentation and communication skills
• Fluency in English and Chinese
