Key Responsibilities

• Perform general accounting duties such as data entry, voucher, invoicing and filing
• Assist in cheque issuing and remittance
• Assist in month end closing
• Provide administrative support to the office
• Provide general clerical support to manager
• Handle ad hoc duties as assigned

Requirements 

• Form 6 or above with LCCI intermediate or equivalent
• Experience in handling accounting work is definitely an advantage
• Fresh graduate with good attitude is welcome
• Proficiency in PC applications, including MS office (Excel and Word) and Chinese word processing
• Knowledge of Peachtree is an advantage
• Good command of written English and Chinese
• Independent, self-motivated, willing to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Immediate available is highly preferred
