JOB DESCRIPTION

• Collects and put in place financial information relevant to prepare the monthly budgetary control
• Highlight of cost variances and participate in monthly budgetary control analysis
• Show impact of event on the end of site result. Produce synthesis statement of main events of the period
• Help & support operation staff to identify and implement corrective actions where necessary
• Follow-up on corrective actions result
• Lead the reforecast exercise process (objective, Point 25, …)
• Prepare cash-flow and activity forecast. Follow-up on foreign currency requirement vs hedging
• Follow-up income/scope changes to ensure budget is conform
• Produce any time to time specific analysis required by Project Management.
• Ensure financial control and administrative processes are followed.
• Participate in internal control good practice implementation.
• Close partnering with Commercial, Procurement and Accounting

PROFILE

• Degree in Financial control / accounting
• 5 years experience in long term project management
• Good communication skills to manage numerous and different interfaces
• Good IT skills : Excel, office pack. SAP
• Rigorous, Autonomous, proactive
• Focus on deadlines
