As an Investment Associate for client operations support, you will be primarily responsible for developing and maintaining good relationship with individual and corporation investors. You will also be responsible to evaluate risk management effectiveness, identify opportunities to maximize investment returns and drive implementation. Job duties and Responsibilities

• Conduct marketing research on investment matrix and analyze global market situation
• Monitor the client financial status and propose tailor-made solution to satisfy client needs
• Conduct regular investment portfolio review to concrete the customer relationship and to maintain professional advisory image
• Provide all-rounded financial services, trade execution and implementation for client's investment needs
• Provide financial solutions to customers to achieve business targets on wealth management
• Identify customer needs through financial analysis and portfolio review
• Cultivate long-term relationship with customers and explore new business opportunities through marketing and cross-selling bank products and services

Qualifications

• Recent Graduates will be considered, university graduate in any disciplines, preferably major in Finance, Economics, Accounting or Business Administration
• CPA or CFA qualification with strong financial products knowledge is preferred
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Able to work under pressure and take responsibility for your own development
• Able to work collaboratively with other colleagues, supporting them when possible
• Proficiency in spoken and written English, Chinese and Mandarin
