Duties and Responsibilities:

• Report to the Head of Finance
• Manage day to day accounting operations, prepare vouchers, A/P, bank reconciliations, account schedules as well as handling full set of accounts for both HK and Singapore office, month/year-end closing process including the preparation of management accounts of the Group independently
• Ensure financial records and integrity of financial data are maintained in compliance with accepted policies and procedures, and ensure all financial reporting deadlines are met
• Report to management on financial regulations and compliance
• Assist with audit and tax related matters including the preparation of supporting schedules
• Ad hoc projects and other office administration matters

Requirement:

• University Degree/Diplomas in Accounting / Finance or other related disciplines;
• Professional accountancy qualification will be an advantage;
• Minimum 3 - 5 years relevant experience;
• Knowledge of the insurance industry is an advantage;
• Self-starter and independent;
• Able to work in a timely manner to meet deadlines in a proactive and organized manner;
• Pleasant, good business acumen, detailed-oriented, hands-on and strong analytical and problem solving skills;
• Proficiency in SUN and Vision reports with hands-on knowledge and data input experience is strongly preferred;
• Fluency in written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua)
