Key roles and duties:

• Responsible for all accounting functions of the Group
• Prepare monthly consolidation and management reporting
• Monitoring internal control policies, ensuring compliance with statutory requirements
• Lead the finance team to drive business growth by providing financial analysis
• Supervise and provide guidance to subordinates on daily operations
• Prepare cost analysis and maintain proper accounting records for Corporate requirements
• Conduct sales, profit & variance analysis to support commercial decision-making
• Support in working capital management
• Implement the assessment, evaluation and performance appraisal of subordinates
• Liaise with bankers and auditors
• Participate in ad-hoc projects or assignments

Requirements:

• Graduated in University with at least 2 years audit experience
• Professional qualification in HKICPA or ACCA
• Minimum 5 years working experience
• Proficient in MS Excel, Word and experience of ERP system implementation is highly desirable
• Highly analytical and problem solving skills and able to work under pressure
• Manufacturing / FMCG experience is highly preferred
