Job responsibilities

• Report directly to the Regional Financial Planning and Analysis Manager
• Provide guidance and support to Country Finance to ensure timely submission of monthly financial results, budget, forecast and other reporting requirements from Regional Management and Corporate Head Office.
• Provide regional management and BU leader timely and in-depth financial analysis on countries’ P&L performance,  inventory control and other KPI as defined by the company.
• Create and/or improve financial modelling and other analytical tools to help countries to improve business performance
• Prompt response to financial enquiries from Regional Management, Country Leader and Corporate Head Office
• Ensure appropriate process and controls are in place across the region and to work close with Country Finance to ensure the integrity of all data
• Any other assignments as directed by Supervisor
  
  
  

Requirements

• Degree in Accounting or Finance
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in preparing and analyzing management reports, financial budget and forecast.
• Attention to details, highly organized and methodical in the approach to work.
• Able to work independently and deliver high-quality work under pressure and on time.
• Must be team and results oriented with high level of commitment
• Excellent analytical skills and able to handle high volume of data.
• Excellent inter-personal/communication skills.
• Proficient in English, Chinese and Mandarin (both written and spoken).
• Proficient in SAP, MS Office especially MS Excel (lookups, pivot tables, macros etc.)
