Job Description
Responsibilities
- Responsible for the cost calculation of stock
- Issue purchase orders, invoices, credit notes, packing lists, etc.
- Monitor the stock inventory, perform regular stock take
- Assist in the set up of new stock control system
- Assist in the year-end audit stock take
- Handle full spectrum of HK office routine company administrative duties
- Assist in ad hoc tasks and assignments
Skills & Requirement
- Form 7 or above with LCCI Higher Level
- Minimum 2 years solid working experience in trading or retail environment
- Proficient in MS Office applications
- Strong attention to details, and pride in accuracy, responsible, self initiate, and committed
- Must be reliable, organized, detail oriented and able to multi-task; Achievement oriented;
- Have excellent follow-up and follow-through skills; and problem solving skills
- Good numerical sense, analytical skills Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
- 6 working days, 9:45am to 7pm
- Immediate available is a plus
