Job Description

• Prepare consolidation accounts of HK and China offices.
• Perform detailed intercompany reconciliations and consolidation adjustments.
• Liaise with China offices on consolidation and intercompany matters.
• Review accounts of China offices and ensure their timely and accurate submission.
• Prepare annual budget and relevant analysis report.
• Assist HK and PRC colleague to handle ERP system issues.
• Take on ad-hoc assignments.

Requirements:

• Good degree in Accounting or equivalent.
• At least 3 years of audit experience preferred.
• Knowledge and experience in preparing consolidated statutory accounts.
• Strong intercompany reconciliation skill.
• Strong proficiency in Excel.
• Able to appreciate and grasp China accounting and tax.
• Good command of spoken Chinese (Putonghua).
• Ad-hoc travel to major cities in China.
• Inquisitive, tactful, independent and thorough.
• Able to communicate effectively with all levels of staff.
• Able to work under pressure to meet deadlines.
• Immediately available/short notice period would be preferred.
