Responsibilities:

• Lead a team and oversee the financial and management reporting, consolidation, and company secretarial functions
• Lead the process re-engineering, including system and work-flow improvement project to drive consistency, efficiency and accuracy of the finance functions
• Supervise the budgetary control and forecasting process
• Act as the key contact point to external parties for all audit, legal, company secretarial and tax matters
• Provide financial analysis to management with value added comments
• Support IPO, M&A activities, Group restructuring and Tax planning exercise
• Perform other ad hoc projects as assigned
• Report to the VP - Finance

Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree in Finance/Accounting or Equivalent with professional accountancy qualification
• Minimum of 10 years financial reporting and relevant experience gained from sizable organization and Big 4 audit firm
• Familiar with HK and PRC accounting, taxation and company secretarial regulations
• Knowledge of Oracle experience and proficiency in MS Office/Excel an advantage
• Able to perform under pressure independently with strong sense of commitment and be self-motivated
• Fluency in English, Mandarin and Cantonese
