Requirements:

• Handle full set of company secretarial matters
• Assist in ad hoc projects
• Providing full range of administrative support including internal and external communication
• Managing daily workflows and business correspondence independently and tactfully including preparation of letters, essays, memos, reports, proposals and minutes
• Follow up a variety of assigned job tasks in a comprehensive and reliable manner
• Arranging executive meetings, business appointments, social functions, travel itineraries and accommodation effectively and efficiently
• Liaising with factory and coordinating with senior management teams across diverse business functions.
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results and needed.
• Handle project as instructed by the company.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree holder, preferably in business or related studies.
• At least 2 years relevant experience.
• Good command in Putonghua; excellent written and spoken English.
• Pleasant, self-motivated, tactful and mature.
• Well-organized, details-oriented and able to work independently.
• Strong analytical skills, good planning and organizing skills with ability to cope with changes.
• Immediate availability preferred.
