Responsibilities

• Assist Administrative Manager in all aspect of project follow up such as administrative support, quotation preparation, site coordination etc.
• Provide daily administrative support to monitor inventories and disseminate to internal stakeholders
• Provide daily administrative support to update contractor list and related documentation
• Primary contact / response to internal and external stakeholders
• Assist in ad hoc tasks whenever necessary
  
  
  

Requirements

• Higher Diploma or above
• Proficient in PC applications
• Meticulous, well-organized, self-motivated and able to work independently
• Fresh graduates will also be considered 
• Salary Range: $11,500 – $12,500
