Requirement:

1. Degree holder
2. 4-6 years’ experience in secretarial and administrative support for senior management team
3. Able to handle multi-tasks with excellent organizational skills and task prioritization
4. Presentable, pleasant, independent with a high level of integrity
5. Strong supervisory, interpersonal and communication skills
6. Effective independent thinker and problem solver
7. Critical eyes for details and processes as well as highly developed organizational and time management skills
8. Be a team player and able to communicate with all levels of management 
9. Proficient in speaking fluently in Cantonese, English and Putonghua
10. Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese word processing
