Responsibilities:

• Perform sales administration duties such as new account verification, payment and document filing, order processing, invoice amendments and other related service operations
• Data entry, cheque deposit and filing
• Ad-hoc reports

Requirements:

• Associate degree or above, fresh graduates are also welcome
• Experience in using billing system is of high advantage
• Fluency in Cantonese, Mandarin and English
• Proficiency in English and Chinese typing
• Familiar with Microsoft Office applications
• Good interpersonal communication, well-organized, detail-orientated and work well independently
• Immediate available is preferable
