Requirements

l   Higher Diploma, Associate Degree or above standard

l   1 year relevant working experience in customer service field

l   Capable to work independently, proactive and a good team player with a positive attitude

l   Good command in both spoken and written English and Mandarin

l   Handle ad hoc duties as assigned

l   Proficiency in PC skill is required, including MS Word, Excel and Chinese Word Processing

l   Immediate available

Responsibilities

To assist in carrying out the secretariat works of major events including handling telephone enquiries, data entry and all operational works related to the events, etc.

Selected candidate will be hired on a 6-month contract. Contract renewal will be subject to satisfactory performance.
