Responsibilities:

• Provide counter service

• Provide quality customer services including inquiry & complaint handling

• Contact customer for collection by phone

• General call logging / handling

• Filing document

• Monthly machines location auditing

• In-out arrangement - machines pick up and delivery

Requirements:

• F.7 or above

• With 1 year relevant working experience is preferred

• Professional phone skill and manner

• Good PC and MS Office skill

• Fluency in English, Cantonese and Mandarin

• Good teamwork with effective communication and interpersonal skills

• PT's working hour: 3 days/week
