Responsibilities:

• Handle purchasing orders and delivery,
• Input system data for daily transactions,
• Liaise with suppliers/vendors,
• Checking invoice for all suppliers/venders ,
• Maintain routine warehouse operations

Requirements:

• Min. 1 year’s relevant experience,
• Knowledge of using Microsoft Office applications including Word , Excel , PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing ;
• Independent, positive work attitude, well-organized, detailed-minded, able to work under pressure and be a team player,
• Immediate availability is highly preferred.
