Job Duties:

• Responsible for outdoor assignments such as cheques bank – in, mailing, document collection and delivery, etc ;
• Maintain office cleanliness and tidiness
• Assist in office administrative duties;
• Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

• F.5 or above;
• At least 3 years’ experience as Office Assistant;
• Ability to complete work tasks on a timely and accurate manner;
• Pleasant personality, responsible, hardworking and self-motivated;
• Immediately available is highly preferred
