Job Descriptions:

• Prepare Purchase Order and related procurement tasks
• Assistant in clerical and administrative support in IT team
• Coordinate schedules with internal and external parties
• Answer phone calls and log the issue from the users in help desk system

Job Requirements:

• Completion of DSE or above
• Minimum 1 year of administration experience
• Knowledge in MS Office Applications
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
• Immediate available is highly preferred
