Job Description

Our client, is a food trading company in Hong Kong. Now looking for suitable candidates for the mentioned position:

Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer’s enquiry and order, follow up the delivery schedule
  • Liaise with Factory and supplier
  • Responsible for consolidating and preparing purchase orders, quotation, price comparison
  • Manage and update all purchasing documents and records
  • Handle general clerical duties such as data entry, reports, documentation and filing

Requirements:

  • F.5 or above
  • 1 year relevant experience, Food industrial is an advantage
  • Good command in English & Mandarin, Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
