Job Description
Our client, is a food trading company in Hong Kong. Now looking for suitable candidates for the mentioned position:
Responsibilities:
- Handle customer’s enquiry and order, follow up the delivery schedule
- Liaise with Factory and supplier
- Responsible for consolidating and preparing purchase orders, quotation, price comparison
- Manage and update all purchasing documents and records
- Handle general clerical duties such as data entry, reports, documentation and filing
Requirements:
- F.5 or above
- 1 year relevant experience, Food industrial is an advantage
- Good command in English & Mandarin, Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
