Job Description
Job Details:
- Provide clerical support to Sales Team, major in logistic delivery arrangement
- Help liaise with internal team, factory, shipping companies and other logistics parties for shipping coordination and booking arrangement
- Maintain an organized system and email records
- Handle logistic arrangement and assist in ad-hoc project
Job Requirements:
- Form 5 or above with at least 1 year administrative support experience
- Fresh graduate diploma holder of logistic related discipline are also welcome
- Knowledge of Tradelink System is a plus
- Familiar with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Self-motivated, independent with good communication skills
