Job Description

Job Details:

  • Provide clerical support to Sales Team, major in logistic delivery arrangement
  • Help liaise with internal team, factory, shipping companies and other logistics parties for shipping coordination and booking arrangement
  • Maintain an organized system and email records
  • Handle logistic arrangement and assist in ad-hoc project

Job Requirements:

  • Form 5 or above with at least 1 year administrative support experience
  • Fresh graduate diploma holder of logistic related discipline are also welcome
  • Knowledge of Tradelink System is a plus
  • Familiar with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Self-motivated, independent with good communication skills
