Responsibilities:

• Provide support to Country Head
• Coordinate projects, events and meetings with internal and external parties
• Attend meetings, take minutes and follow up with relevant parties
• Assist in any ad hoc assignments
  
  

Requirements:

• University graduate with at least 3 years solid working experience in similar capacity, with exposure in service industry an advantage
• Good command of written and spoken English and Cantonese, Mandarin a plus
• Willing to learn and be developed
• Attention to details, independent, presentable, responsible and self-motivated
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in MS Office
  
• Occasion travel to Mainland China
