Job Description

• Provide administrative and accounting support to Account Department in managing daily accounting and reporting functions and operations.
• Responsible for daily clerical work such as typing, filing and data entry.
• Support general administration affairs and secretarial matters.
• Assist in ad hoc tasks and assignments

Requirements

• F.5 or above
• Holders of LCCI intermediate level or above
• At least 2 years solid working experience in administration and accounting
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office software, English and Chinese word processing
• Proficiency in both spoken and written English and Chinese
• Self- motivated, well organized, good communication skills, diligent, with strong sense of responsibility and able to work independently
• Immediately available is highly preferred
