Job Responsibilities:

Reporting to the Sales Director of the subsidiary, your responsibilities and duties include, but not limited to:

• Maintain Sales Director’s intensive schedule, organize meetings, minutes taking and answer incoming enquires
• Administer the travel arrangement within the sales team
• Follow up Delivery Notes, PO, sales order, shipment order or other sales documents  
• Daily Sales data collection and consolidation, prepare sales summary and presentation etc.
  
• Support sales team administration and back up the sales administrator
• Connect and communicate closely with all departments to ensure a smooth operation
• Participate and support ad hoc projects or sales events as required

Job Requirements:

• University degree in Business Administration or related discipline
  
• 3 to 5 years of relevant experiences Retail Sales / Cosmetics Sales administration, preferably gained from large MNC and retail industry
• Detail-minded, well-organised and can work under pressure
• Tech Savvy with proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint etc.
  
• Fluency in English and Chinese; Knowledge in French is a plus
• Candidate with less experience will consider as Commerical Assistant
