The museum is currently searching for a talented and passionate recent graduate to join its small and energetic team. It is a great opportunity to learn and contribute to the promotion of Chinese arts.

Job Duties:

• Assist in the design of catalogues and other promotional materials
• Manage visitors service works such as making appointments and greeting visitors at reception, handling incoming calls and enquiries from visitors
• Monitor the museum by patrolling entry points, corridor, galleries, etc.
• Protect museum exhibits and facilities
• Assist in exhibition set up
• Handle general administrative work including post delivery and basic cleaning

Requirements:

• Good attitude and interpersonal skills, willingness to learn
• Good knowledge in graphic design, especially in operating the softwares Illustrator, In Design and Photoshop
• Form 5 or above
• At least two years' work experience
• Good command of English and Chinese
• Proficiency in Microsoft applications (MS Word, Excel, Chinese Word Processing) and general computer skills perferred
• Willingness to accommodate flexible work hours
